You shall not use the Website for any illegal purposes, and you will use it in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Website in a way that may cause the Website to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or such that the effectiveness or functionality of the Website is in any way impaired;

As a user of SkriPs ("Online Services") you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to these Rules, SkriPs' Terms and Conditions Of Use of its website and you agree to the terms of SkriPs' Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SkriPs' Online Services, or if you are already using SkriPs' Online Services, please stop immediately.

Postings to Online Services become public information. You should be very careful about posting personally identifiable information such as your name, address, telephone number or email address. If you post personal information online, you may receive unsolicited messages from other users in return. Furthermore, it is against our policy to post personal information except in the sign-up form when creating a new account on this site. Otherwise, posting of personal information in any other area is strictly prohibited and will result in your account be suspended and possibly terminated. We monitor all accounts and actively seek those who deliberately violate our terms and conditions.
SkriPs reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend or terminate the registration of users who refuse to comply with these rules. SkriPs may modify these rules from time to time and such modifications will be effective and binding on you when posted online.
You will remain solely liable for the content of any messages or other information you upload or transmit. We reserve the right to terminate any account or relationship with any account holder or partner for any reason whatsoever including no reason at all at anytime. This is also in specification of any violations of our terms. We can remove you from our network and in doing so after careful and responsible due diligence on our part you may be entitled to receive any payments or monies due by SkriPs.
By using SkriPs' Online Services, you grant SkriPs the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display the content you post to publicly accessible areas of the SkriPs.com site.
SkriPs may investigate any reported violation of its policies or complaints and take any action that it deems appropriate. Such action may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, removing posted content and/or reporting any activity that is suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties.
As mentioned on various parts of these Terms, all members agree to never post their information before, during or after any project. SkriPs will ensure that all parties will have the necessary information to get in contact with each other. This includes any email addresses, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo, AIM and any other online communications names and/or identifiable information. This is to protect our commissions including the ranking of our members.
AVOIDING SKRIPS COMMISSIONS
We take our commissions very seriously because we pay a lot of money to offer this online service with great attention to details and for the final project to be what you intend for it to be. Our time and cost is significant and we expect to get paid for what we do just as both Webmasters and Programmers expect to get paid for their services. Therefore, if you try to avoid any commission in any way by either closing a project or finding the programmer online and contacting them directly can result in a violation of our terms and cause your account to be closed. You may not at any time try to negotiate any fees for any projects with any members directly or indirectly outside of SkriPs. Our prices are low enough for anyone to work with and we like to pass down the savings to you by offering you this service at a decent price. We will review all withdrawals of programmers and webmasters from projects to verify matching bids. SkriPs reserves the right to charge fees we deem necessary to industry standards for unfairness on your part for any and all violations and failures on your part to communicate with us. Such activity on SkriPs is intolerable and will be cause for termination of your account.
SkriPs does not accept any project posting that will cause abnormal bidding by programmers on a basis of hourly bidding or multiple changes to bids. Only featured projects are acceptable.
New webmasters accounts are limited by our policy to 30 days of being monitored by us for reasons of fairness and protecting against fraud. Furthermore, you will be limited to just 3 postings before being asked to deposit money into your account. Should wish to increase any areas of your account, please feel free to contact us directly by informing us of your requests. You may only have one account on SkriPs as a Programmer. You may also have another account as a Webmaster if you wish. However, only one account per category on SkriPs. No accounts may be sold or transferred to any other person or entity for any reason.
OUR ROLE
SkriPs role is to facilitate between both Programmers and Webmasters by allowing each other to participate in our virtual online system of communications between two parties to produce an end result and getting paid for it. Our ability to bring both parties together is that we monitor and get paid for it. However, we have no control as to the background of the Programmers and/or Webmasters and caution you to do your due diligence when working on a project. We ask that you use good judgment and common practice in choosing who you feel will be well suited for your project. We are not responsible for any accuracy on anyone nor do we know their backgrounds or abilities. WE can not refund any money you have sent to someone nor are we responsible for it and you completely indemnify us for all projects and transactions. WE might be able to return the fee depending on the circumstances. WE are not responsible for fraudulent transactions on SkriPs made by users and therefore are not responsible for these transactions. It is the receiver's responsibility to verify and conduct due diligence on the background of the sender and/or his/her identity.
PAYMENTS
Our payment structure is enforced fully and is monitored daily and constantly. All funds are in US Dollars only at this time. We will allow payments and withdrawals to and from your account at your request as long as your account is greater than $20.00 USD. We verify all deposits and from time to time be required to request verification from you to verify yours. Should you refuse to participate in our inquiry by sending to us verification via email or other communications, we can reverse the funding and terminate your account. New members can not withdrawal funds until after their first 30 days on SkriPs. If we suspect any funds to be fraud, we reserve the right to stop all payments and deposits and return the money and cancel the transactions and accounts. Should there be any fraud detected and payment has been withdrawn, you are expected to return the money immediately and comply with our demands or face termination of your account. WE can not and will not be responsible for any wrong-doing or liable for any deposits reversed without the authorization due to any reasons including fraud, charge-backs, false representation or complaints. If you are removed from this site, you will not receive any credit or payments and you accept this when you open your account with us.
DISPUTES OF DEPOSITS : It is the responsibility of all members to do their due diligence on all parties using this system. You fully agree to hold harmless SkriPs and any of our payment processing agents and payment gateways from your disputes that may arise using our system. Furthermore, you agree to never contact PayPal, 2Checkout, Authorize.net, Money Bookers, e-Gold, and any others from time to time that we may use on this system for any of your complaints arising out of the use of this site and/or your projects. If you do complain to our processors for any reason, we will terminate your account immediately and thus you will be forever banned from using this site. SkriPs makes it possible for you to use our service to resolve your complaints and disputes by using our system and allowing us to take the time to investigate and if possible, contact law enforcement in various jurisdictions on disputes that are illegal or deemed inappropriate for legal reasons. WE take this very seriously and so should you. Having a “HOT HEAD” and bad attitude will get you no where with us and with anyone else for that matter. We've seen too many programmers and webmasters that think they can get away with their attitudes because of who they think they are. On SkriPs, we protect everyone and expect that you conduct yourself in a manner that is consistent with a positive attitude and willingness to cooperate and be professional. Our payment processors expect us to conduct our own due diligence first before going to them and we both have different systems to control that are not compatible. It will only confuse the matter more and delay your request even longer.
ESCROW using SkriPs Service
SkriPs is a licensed to and legally capable of offering our escrow service. As in the United States when exchanging money for any reason using escrow, the party offering this service must by a registered by the Department of the Treasury IRS. Our trade name for this service falls under ‘Trade Onsite' and is the same as our listed address on this terms and our privacy policy. Our date of notice to conduct this exchange was on October 16, 2005 and remains in effect to this day. We offer this service as an automated system for your transactions in order to offer a more secure environment for your projects and of our integrity and trustworthiness in protecting all parties' monies. We reserve the right at any time to refuse and refund a projects escrow at any time for any reason or not. Should there be a dispute SkriPs does not act as an arbitrator for any reason. We will conduct our own due diligence and might recommend by our choosing a conclusion by our own right for any reason. If after repeated attempts to contact individuals on any dispute after 30 days, we reserve the right to continue the escrow payment or refund it.
Recognizing the global reach of the internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
